To try to get away from just
facts and figures, I have tried to narrate each of the lives in my family.
Although dominated by dates and references it has helped me to get a "sense"
of their lives.
Obviously there are lots of
gaps between the facts included in these reports, but it is fun making
speculations as to why certain aspects or changes took place in their lives.
I have started with my
direct descendants and their wives.
