The Life of Alexander Smart and Anne Lord

Alexander Smart was born in 1751 (possibly in Husborne Crawley, Bedfordshire)

On 19th December 1772 he married Ann Lord* at St Mary Magdalene C of E Church in Husborne Crawley.

Together they had 7 children:

Mary Smart - baptised at St Mary Magdalene, Husborne Crawley on 17^th October 1773.

James Smart - baptised at St Mary Magdalene, Husborne Crawley on 5^th November 1775.

Alexander Smart - baptised at St Mary Magdalene, Husborne Crawley on 10^th August1777.

John Smart - baptised at St Mary Magdalene, Husborne Crawley on 21^th October 1781.

Ann Smart - baptised at St Mary Magdalene, Husborne Crawley on 116^th December 1787.

Elizabeth Smart - baptised at St Mary Magdalene, Husborne Crawley on 30^th May 1790.

William Smart - baptised at St Mary Magdalene, Husborne Crawley on 16^th December 1792 and buried their on 13^th November 1795.

*Ann Lord was baptised on 8^th February 1753 in St Mary Magdalene Church in Husborne Crawley, Bedfordshire.
